The Backyard Bingin
The Villa
Set down a small quiet back street over looking Bingin Beach, the Backyard Bingin is a striking three- storey mansion of colossal proportions. The ground floor is a large open space, with a surf board rack conveniently located directly next to the front door. A pool table and bar for lazy days, a double day bed scattered with plush cushions to relax and chill out on, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. A cinema/media room sits just off of the lounge for relaxing and catching a movie. With double doors all along one side of the room, opening to the extensive lawn and 14 metre private pool.
With indoor and outdoor dining areas, a BBQ, an outside bar and large shaded seating area in addition to the sun-loungers and open lawn, The Backyard Bingin is an incredible location for a wedding, event or retreat.
Inside
The villa features 10 bedrooms, including 7 King bedrooms and 3 Twin bedrooms with fully air-conditioned.
Two of the ten bedrooms, are located on the side of the pool for privacy and seclusion.. These standalone bedrooms are spacious and full of light with semi-open full bathrooms.
The other eight bedrooms are on the second and third floor of the main house. Seven bedrooms with full bathrooms (five with bathtubs) + 3 bedrooms share bathrooms attached and large shared terrace to enjoy the view.
Each of the seven bedrooms can take one extra single bed if required, meaning the Backyard Bingin can sleep up to 22 guests.
Please note: that the standard rate is based on 14 guests and 7 bedrooms/beds, additional charges apply for additional bedroom or extra guests.

Guest Access
Price is for rental of the entire villa, you have full access to the entire Villa. The standard nightly rate however does not include events.
Any events or parties have to be informed to Secluded Bali Villas in advance during the booking process. For events involving guests from outside of the villa or external contractors such as caterers, additional charges apply.

EXTRA BEDS
The standard villa nightly rate is based on the use of 10 bedrooms and maximum fourteen adults.
Children aged 0 to 4 years old are able to share their parents’ bed without additional charge.
Extra beds are available at charge with a maximum number of guests of 22 .
SMOKING IS IN OUTSIDE AREAS ONLY
Breakfast and other meals and drinks are not included in the rates. We operate a groceries system at our villa, which means that you only pay for the actual receipts for groceries and drinks and a 20% villa charge which covers costs without a receipt (such as transport fuel) and maintaining a stock of standard ingredients, with anything left going to the staff, and for that our team will go out and purchase the groceries, prepare, cook, serve the meals and drinks, and then clear up afterwards.
The villa is fully staffed with security, daily housekeeping, cook and a Villa Manager to ensure that your every need is taken care of during your stay.
